Arnold Location Went in for what I thought was going to be thousands of dollars worth of work only to come out needing half of what another shop said was needed. And what is needed…I was quoted $660 for at this shop vs $1300 quote at another one! Thanks for recognizing there’s money to be made without ripping people off! :)
I would recommend this location if you are looking for a place who knows how to treat their customers. The manager Rick Blair was professional and beyond helpful in getting my car fix. It took more time then I or the shop would have wanted to fix my car, but my car is running like it was before I started having issues with the transmission. I can not thank the staff enough at this location for the time and patience they spent fixing my car. 100 gold stars to this team of mechanics. Great customer service is what keeps great businesses open. Thank again
They did an amazing job all around! With getting me in fast to look at my car to getting the work done within a few days because they knew I had to leave town. They communicated with me and made sure I knew what was expected. Rick always answeres or would call right back and just went above and beyond! Won’t ever take my car anywhere else from here on out!
